While this isn't really necessary, it's nice to know that the person coming to the service call, is someone who I've dealt with in the past. They know who I am and it's a friendly face. When I call the office staff schedules me for a time that works with my schedule. They have excellent communication, the technician calls and lets me know when they are on their way, and they show up on time.
