Home Town sent Zack out to assess our plumbing situation. Zack took the time to explain and answer all our questions. He wasn't pushy knowing that I was getting several bids for our job. Happily, we called this company back for another job. it's nice to hear transparency in bid and a 'what's best for your situation' quote instead of an up sale like I receive from a company that calls themselves 'Superior'. Great service. Gunner was on time every day and would call ahead if there were any delays. Explained our plumbing situation so we could help ourselves better in the future. We got a clean out installed and I feel like it was a great investment for our house.
The prices for their services weren't shocking which I really appreciate because home fixes never tend to be cheap.
